Vaani calls patients before the visit, reminds them the day before, follows up after, chases the ones who didn't come, and stays with them through discharge and recovery — in the language they actually speak. We're a small team working closely with clinicians to make that voice reliable enough for hospitals, clinics, and doctors in independent practice to trust it.

Clinical safety comes first: every script and escalation path is written and approved by the treating provider, not by us. We ship in the languages our reviewers have signed off on, not before. And we stay close to the hospitals and clinics actually using Vaani — most of what we build starts as something a receptionist or doctor asked for.
